☕ The drinks universe
Signature drinks
We could just serve an espresso, a cappuccino, and stop there. But we like dreaming up drinks that surprise, make you want to come back... or become part of some regulars' routine.
The base coffee comes from Terre de Café, chosen for its balance. But what we do with it after — the pairings, the ratios, the textures — is entirely thought through at café ROZE. Four examples, among others that rotate through the seasons.
Our most requested
Dubai Latte
Inspired by the Dubai chocolate that went viral, turned into a drink: pistachio cream, coffee, chocolate, milk foam. The café's best seller, without us ever pushing it.
"We didn't expect it to become this popular."
- Flavours
- Pistachio, chocolate, mellow coffee.
- When to choose it
- On your very first visit: it's the one everyone recommends.
- What to pair it with
- A pastry, to stay in indulgent territory.
The coffee that drinks like a lemonade
Sunrise Coffee
Espresso, lemonade, honey, lemon. The idea: keep the coffee but drop the seriousness, for a drink that's served cold, almost like a soda.
"A coffee lemonade — surprising, but so refreshing!"
- Flavours
- A taste you won't have had before! Coffee, citrus, a touch of honey.
- When to choose it
- On hot days, instead of a regular coffee.
- What to pair it with
- A salad or a savoury croffle, alongside your meal.
Alcohol-free, but not short on character
Mango Fizz
Mango purée, alcohol-free rum syrup, lime, lemonade. Made for anyone who wants a drink with a bit of an edge, without a drop of alcohol.
"Tastes like a rum punch, minus the alcohol."
- Flavours
- Mango, lime, exotic notes.
- When to choose it
- On the terrace, in the afternoon.
- What to pair it with
- Your savoury dish.
The spicy twist
The Spicy Rosini
Strawberry purée, ginger syrup, lemon juice, lemonade. A fruity base, woken up by the ginger, for a drink that surprises from the first sip.
"The ginger is subtle — that's what makes it addictive."
- Flavours
- Strawberry, ginger, a light kick.
- When to choose it
- When you want something less predictable.
- What to pair it with
- A croffle burrata, for the sweet-savoury contrast.
Dessert in a cup
Crème Brûlée Espresso
Custard cream, coffee, sugar. Crème brûlée reimagined as a hot drink, for anyone who wants their coffee to have a bit more of a story.
"A coffee that drinks like a dessert."
- Flavours
- Mellow coffee, custard cream, caramelised sugar.
- When to choose it
- At the end of a meal, or for a coffee that's more indulgent than an espresso.
- What to pair it with
- A light pastry.
What about seasonal creations? Other drinks rotate through the year, depending on the season and what's fresh. The best way to discover them is to stop by, or to follow @lecaferoze.
